  I wish I had read google reviews before I made such a horrible decision to come here. I thought I was crazy for having such a bad experience. This is going to be long so be patient with me! I was referred to Dr. Kirkman by my family Dr. for pains that are believed to be associated with endometriosis. Unfortunately I was unable to get in to see him because he is so far booked out. I was able to schedule an appointment with the PA Amy Billings, after a month. The customer service is some of the worst I've seen! Not only was the scheduling person very rude, but the front desk was awful too. I thought I had my insurance card, but did not. The receptionist looks at the clock and very rudely says "you can either pay $165 up front today, or you have 15 minutes to get a picture of that insurance card or we can not see you today" so I just decided to pay $165 because I could not wait to be seen! I get called back and the nurse who takes me back is so busy gossiping she doesn't even say anything to me except "go have a seat on the bench" It was definitely not the nicest encounter ever, but it was not a big deal. Then, she rips the blood pressure cuff off of my arm so hard my arm literally went flying in the air. It was a little shocking. No sorry, or any words to me at all after that. I go to the room, and the nurse comes in she is very friendly. She asked me what was going on and why I was there. After she leaves, the PA comes in. She doesn't really ask me questions, but instead goes off of what the nurse has told her. This did not sit well with me. I felt like I was not being listened to. i explained to her just how intense this pain is and she told me a few things. 1. It was probably constipation (seriously laughable) 2. They see endometriosis every day (in other words, I'm not important. 3. I haven't exhausted all of my options (because 4 different types of birth control isn't enough) 4. I'm looking for help in a place that no one likes doing surgery. And 5. If I went to anyone else, they would tell me the exact same things. I can not say how their care for OB patients are, but if you are having gynecological issues, please go anywhere else! Update: Even though I did have a horrible experience, fortunately Dr. Kirkman was on my side and agreed to do a laparoscopy to find out what has been going on. I have never even met this man, but I'm so grateful that he saw things differently and he feels it should be looked in to. For him, and him ALONE I'm raising my review to 3 stars.

  Amy Billings is wonderful to work with. She always listens to my concerns and incorporates them into her treatment plan. She is friendly, capable, and just an all around great health care provider. Her nurse, Allison, is also great to work with. Together they are an awesome team that I trust completely with my health care.
