- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Although I believe the service to be good, I was not pleased about the billing practices. When asked if my insurance was accepted it was indicated that they would file insurance for me. I was charged the full amount of the routine/preventative visit at the time of my office visit. It has been my experience with most offices that they file with insurance first and then bill for any thing due, especially for routine or preventative visits 100% covered by insurance. The practice at this office is to charge first and reimburse later. I learned that they were not a preferred provider as indicated by my insurance, even though it was indicated on the website and was lead to believe during the visit. As it turns out I will not be reimbursed for 100% for an office visit that should have been covered 100% by my insurance.November 25, 2016by David Yates
