  Have been with State Farm for years. My parents had State Farm with a fantastic agent in Idaho. We had been with other companies until we decided to switch back to State Farm. We went with Mondell Ward. Don't know why but just looked up an agent and went with them. I wished I hadn't. We have had them for about almost 5 years. We have never actually met Mondell but have dealt with many of his office workers including his daughter that apparently runs things. The office never opens on time. I had to wait over 90 minutes for them one day when I realized they didn't update my policy correctly months prior and had an appointment to get my windshield replaced. His daughter finally showed up and wasn't sorry for being so late. She told me what all things would be fixed with what she did. It ended up costing me more than just paying for the windshield myself with what she did to the account. She back dated the correct coverage and then said I would get reimbursed for what I paid for the windshield. The check was half what she said. I don't know if she just doesn't know or was trying to make me feel better about their mess up. Then we added a new vehicle, another lady from his office did it for us. I was paying close attention due to the last mess up with our account and she was putting in incorrect information. When I asked her about it she said they just do a base response since it doesn't affect anything. I can never get in contact with them when I call, they won't call me back either. I just know that I can't trust any claims will get paid since I don't know what misinformation they have put into the account. I really like State Farm but I don't like this agent. It is hard going from an agent that is awesome, knows your family well, and goes above and beyond to one that just wants to make money off you.
