  We will never be insured through these people again. The customer service we received was awful. When ever we would call or come in for help or questions, they were either rude or indifferent. We have also had discrepancies between what the agent told us and what we would receive in the mail. I was told by one of the agents that I needed to gain responsibility and get my life put together. Being a newly wed of 2 weeks. I called then the day of my payment withdrawl, to make sure everything would go smoothly with the change in accounts; and this was the response I recieved. And the rates? Ridiculous! Over 300$ for one person with only one non-damage claim per month?! When we took our business elsewhere, our new agent was astounded that we were paying that much. We are now able to get, double the amount of coverage, road side assistance (which we were told my otto der we weren't eligible for for 2 years) renters insurance and life insurance for almost 100$ cheaper! Please don't do this to yourself.

  Otto E. Derr Insurance is so friendly and helpful. I know when I walk in there I am getting the best service and least expensive insurance with the most coverage because that is what I asked for. Jolene Merritt is our agent and she is an absolute delight!
