  As a patient, I truly appreciate the care I received by Dr. Richardson. He took the time to listen and answer my questions. I have had back problems for all of my adult life. Dr Richardson gave me options and a treatment plan. The follow up letter was something very few Dr's do and I feel like he truly cared. The Staff are wonderful. And yes the candy bowl is a nice treat.

  Dr. Richardson is wonderful. His bedside manner is AMAZING. He really listens and while he has definite guidelines about treatment (an absolute must for a responsible pain management doctor, so I consider this a huge plus) he absolutely listens to your opinions and needs. He cares. And when you are dealing with chronic pain, that is just about the best treatment you can receive.

  Don't waste your time!!!! These guys are nothing buy money grubbing jerks. Their primary answer for every problem is, "I can't do that. It opens me up to too much liability. They're more than happy to take your money. Well, actually, they're DEMANDING when it comes to the money thing. But don't ask them to help or go out on a limb and stand up to these mysterious people from the State, because they won't. Theiy're not very honest in their dealings with people either. They won't disclose anything more than they absolutely have to as far as fees go. If you're uninsured, watch out for the UA cup they hand you. Filling that little cup and handing it back to them will cost you at least $400!!! This is the same test you can get at Bear River for $50. They talk down about other physicians, whether they know them or not. I have a very well respected knee Dr. and Ankle Dr. Both were practicing when Richardson was looking up the meaning of medical school in the dictionary.. Both Dr.'s told me to stay away from a procedure he wanted to perform on me When I told him the call on this was for these two Dr's to make he wanted to know how long they had been practicing pain management. My question of how long he had been a joint specialist went unanswered. In short, find someone else; it's difficult in this valley where they have no competition but you can find them and it is well worth your time!
