- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called in asking about some riding boots I saw online and wanted to try on in the store. At first they were very nice and went looking for them for me. But then a supervisor got on the phone and was very unprofessional. I explained to her again about the boots I was looking for. She angrily told me she didn't even know what they were. I described them in more detail and told her about the ones I saw online. She proceeded to tell me that they don't carry the boots, that no one does and that she had never even seen them online. I was not impressed with her customer service skills. I have been into the store before and never had an issue but this was a disheartening experience.
